Understanding Hypnotherapy's Gentle Path to Healing
Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious mind—the root of 95% of your behaviors—using a natural, focused state of deep relaxation. This targeted approach allows us to update old, limiting beliefs for lasting change, providing the rapid breakthrough many seek after other healing methods fall short. Naturally, you might wonder, "Will it really work?" “What if I can't be hypnotized?” "Am I ready to deal with everything I might uncover?" “I'm afraid of digging up too much too fast.” “What if I don’t know who I want to become?” The good news is that everyone can be guided into this state; your mind only processes what it's ready for, and this deep-level work is often the most effective way to achieve fundamental, permanent healing.
Addressing Your Deepest Concerns About Subconscious Healing
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning. RTT goes beyond diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach.
Clients are short on time and may be in pain, physically or emotionally. Some want rapid results.
Here are some of the key therapeutic techniques used in a session.
Permanent change in a single 90-minute session, or if needed, up to 3 sessions can be offered.
Each session receives a 15-20 minute transformation audio recording to be played for 21 days to allow the new patterns of behavior to be established.
Role, Function, Purpose, Intention: identifies the values and the significance clients attach to their issues/problems.
Command Cell Therapy, or The Healing Vortex, is a modality used for purposefully healing the body, as opposed to positive conditioning.
Draws out ‘unfinished business.’ It is a technique that can be used for addressing trauma clients have been holding onto for many years.
Upgrading the Child offers a therapeutic space for dialogue and communication
Merging the child
Dialogue with the person that hurt you
Regression scenes: The client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them- - leading to powerful change!
Is it Confidential?
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
How long does it typically take to see results?
The time that coaching/counseling will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your progression. Typical RTT sessions last 90-120 minutes and are individualized per client.
